White Cart Planner

Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the White Cart Planner mobile application and any related services operated by Spark Beer Inc. (collectively, the “Application”). In this policy, Spark Beer Inc. is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information during normal download or use. Registration is not required. If the Application is used while connected to the internet, limited technical protocol data such as a temporary IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate connectivity. That protocol data is not retained or used for tracking purposes.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

No. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Because the Application does not collect personal information in normal use, no data is shared with third parties on that basis.

What are my opt-out rights?

Because the Application does not collect personal information in its standard operation, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device and ends ordinary use.

If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information through other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting dominicpatel04@gmail.com.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, children’s data is not placed at risk through ordinary use alone. If information is voluntarily provided outside the Application, parental or guardian consent may be required where permitted by law.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data in normal use, the risk of exposure of such data is limited. Still, no security system is perfect, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information that may be held through direct communications.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the likelihood of a breach affecting in-app personal data is minimal. If a breach affects information that you voluntarily supplied outside normal Application use, the Service Provider will respond and provide notification as required by applicable law.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not centrally retain personal information from ordinary Application use because such information is not collected. If you voluntarily submit information through email or another direct communication channel, that information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate records, comply with legal duties, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of information voluntarily provided outside normal Application use by contacting dominicpatel04@gmail.com. The Service Provider will review and process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and legitimate operational obligations. Any information stored locally on your own device can be removed by deleting the Application or clearing local app data through your device settings where available.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Privacy Policy together with a revised effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the request was made.
